So yes, this guy is actually one of my older characters! I've had him since... well, since before I was even really active on FA!
Still, he's always been relatively minor, and his design was like... 7 or 8 years old? Point is, he wasn't getting much use
And then Spekkal was like 'Hey let him be my character's psychiatrist.'
And then Spekkal was like 'Hey what does he look like?'
And then Spekkal was like 'Hey can I draw him?'
And then Spekkal was like 'Hey do you want the design updating at all?'
And then Spekkal was like 'Hey here's Sandglass.'
